由于安装documentum 6.5sp2需要oracle的版本最低为10.2.0.4，目前好像没有oracle10.2.0.4的直接安装版，所以只能采取升级10.2.0.1的办法来实现。
操作步骤：
1.完全安装10.2.0.1
2.安装完成后，停止所有的oracle服务，可以通过停止oracle 的window services或者使用以下命令
emctl stop dbconsole
